1956 Ford F100 Panel Truck

Last updated on September 5, 2021

Today’s truck is a 1956 Ford F100 Panel Truck. I saw this great truck at a local cars and coffee in Torrance, CA. Caffine Cruisers is located at the corner of Hawthorne Blvd and Artesia Blvd and meets every Saturday between 7 – 9 AM. Norm is a regular at Caffine Cruisers and just finished his personal upgrades. This truck is powered by 351 Ford Windsor and transferring power through a C4 transmission and stock read end. The front end has been modified sporting a Volare front clip with power front disc brakes. The seats are by Scats and cover in a warm chocolate leather with matching wool carpet. If you did not notice check out the mirrors. They are Bronco side mirrors and look right at home.

This truck stands out with the Gilmore logos and traditional Red Lion and Cream paint combination. Norm has every detail covered. What an a award winning combination. This is a beautiful truck and I look forward to seeing again and again around town and local car shows.

Oh by the way, the word on the street is that the El Segundo car show is August 21st. Mark your calendars. 😎 Thanks for riding along. Frank
